Procedures

1. An applicant submits the necessary documents for applying Tender License to the Township Office of the Department of Fisheries.
2. The Township Office of the Department of Fisheries checks the submitted documents and if the documents are complete, Grant for Tender License (Form 9) shall be issued in accordance with the Freshwater Fisheries Law.
3. The Region or State Office of the Department of Fisheries shall also issue Tender License (Form 12) to the applicant and he must pay the Fishing gear tax.
